Mission Statement:
To preserve, promote and protect the Arizona equestrian lifestyle.
The Arizona Horse Council works throughout Arizona to support, enhance and protect horses, horse owners and horse related activities. As a broad based, horse interest unifying organization, the Arizona Horse Council does not endorse a specific position on issues such as horse slaughter or mustang roundups.
Arizona Horse Council is a registered trade name with the Arizona Department of State - Office of the Secretary of State under the original name of ASHA (Arizona State Horsemen's Association) Agent# 939873

Arabian 'Doc' Goes Home with New AzHC Member Dianne McDougal of Cave Creek
AzHC President Chip Wilson presented the coveted drawing of Arabian horse 'Doc' to new member Dianne McDougal of Cave Creek during the March AzHC board meeting. Dianne's ticket was drawn from dozens of entries by new AzHC members, many of whom signed up at the Arab show. Congratulations Dianne and thanks to local artist Ron Beemer for his donation and talent. Welcome to all our new members and a special thanks to our existing members who took the time to stop by our booth during the Arab show.

This is what the Arizona Horse Council has accomplished for horse owners in the state over the last two years:
Thousands of horse owners in Arizona support the Arizona Horse Council through membership to strengthen the equestrian voice in the community.
