Education & Research

Arizona Horse Council Needs Your Support

Our education programs cannot succeed without the help of our community. Our goals and future are dependent upon member's dues, fundraising events and donations.

All donations made into our 501(c)(3) Education and Research Programs will be used to support such programs like the Black Stallion Literacy Program, Youth and Career Fair Programs, and the Arizona Horse Council Youth Outreach Program-Equine Education Kit.

With these programs, is the need for education materials, reserach data and program design, and associated expenses. These programs are for both the younger and elder generations alike, focusing on our mission statement, "Preserve, Promote and Protect" the Arizona Equestrain Lifestyle.

On January 5, 2009 the IRS approved ASHAERC (Arizona State Horsemens Assocation Education & Reserach Corporation). What began in June 2007 has now become reality. This separate corporation is a 501(c)(3). That means all contributions to it are tax deductible. You can email Jean Anderson for more details about this program

Arizona Horse Council is also a Not For Profit organization, which means the Arizona Horse Council is an organization that is staffed by volunteers whom strive to make the organization a professional resource to Protect, Promote and Preserve the Arizona Equestrian Lifestayle.
